Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Embodi. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect when placing an order.
1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Destinations We currently ship within South Africa. For international shipping enquiries, please contact us at embodiwear@gmail.com.
3. Shipping Times Once dispatched, please allow 5–15 business days for delivery, regardless of your location. Please note these are estimates and delays may occasionally occur due to courier or weather conditions.
4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time — keep an eye on our store for updates.
5. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. You can use these to monitor your delivery.
6. Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at embodiwear@gmail.com with your order number. We will liaise with the courier on your behalf.
7. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Embodi is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
8. Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
